What delivery services do you offer?
Couriers deliver to all of our domestic customers. Delivery is free on all orders above €100 within the island of Ireland. For all orders under €100 standard delivery, (3-5 working days) is €5.96 per order.
Do you deliver internationally?
International orders cannot be fulfilled on our website as yet. If you don’t live on the island of Ireland please contact us by e-mail for a quote for shipping.
Has my order been dispatched yet?
When you place an order on our website we will send you a confirmation e-mail. This will confirm what you have ordered, your delivery address and your confirmation number. Once your parcel has been dispatched we will send you a second e-mail to confirm this. If you don’t receive an email within 3 working days please get in touch via e-mail at shopgreenchair@gmail.com
How do I return unwanted items?
We have a 30 day returns policy. You are welcome to return items in person to the shop in Sneem or by post as long as they are accompanied by the original receipt. Return post is paid by the customer. Carriage paid at the time of order can be refunded if the all of the items are returned undamaged. For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of face coverings or earrings.
What if my items are damaged?
If your items arrive damaged in transit please take a photograph of the items and e-mail us at shopgreenchair@gmail.com We will endeavor to replace your damaged items within 5 working days from the time of contact.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will arrive in your account within 30 days of receipt of the items.
Do you provide a gift wrapping service?
We are unable to provide an online gift wrap service at present.
Can I get a VAT receipt?
VAT receipts are not produced routinely at time of check out. If you wish to have a VAT receipt please contact us
